I’ve been participating in Stouffville’s Art in the Park for 3 years now, however this year it had to be canceled due to Covid 19, where the whole world was shut down and put on pause.
I’m so thankful Stouffville continued to support us artist during these new days, they shared my story, my art and hosted my biography on thier local online magazine.

It has been over a year since I have posted on my blog! I can’t believe how quickly time passes as I get older. Within the last year I have traveled to Australia, got a new job, been promoted 3 times, shown my work at Art in the Park in Stouffville, raised $250 for CAMH and have moved to the city! It has been a year of change and growth. I am so grateful for the adventures I have accomplished. I love my job, have a partner whom supports my art and have traveled the globe!
I will make a commitment to be more active and show my new body of work. I am currently working on getting an Etsy account to sell my art work to the world!

I am creating art every day until April 6th. In hopes to bring awareness to Mental Illness.
1 in 5 Canadians will suffer from one form of Mental Illness in their lifetime. That’s 4 children in a class room of 20! That’s a lot of suffering.
If not handled correctly, Mental Illness can be deadly, it can consume your life, your everyday move, your thoughts and your feelings. I have been there. I suffer from Manic Depression and I am taking a stand against it and taking control of my life.
